The Jaguar Mining Whistleblower Hotline is available for employees and third parties to report situations or suspicions of:

- Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct and Ethics, internal policies and procedures or any law.

- Discrimination, harassment or inappropriate behavior.

- Conflict of interest.

- Corruption (pursuant to Anti-Corruption Laws N°. 12,846/2013, FCPA, UK Bribery Act) or bribery.

- Fraud.

- Theft or embezzlement.

- Improper use of company assets.

This hotline is exclusively for receiving complaints related to behavior or laws deviations and should not be used for questions, complaints, requests for information, suggestions or compliments.

Behavioral complaints should be directed to the manager or to the Human Resources area.
